Terms and Conditions

  1. The venue fee includes venue hire, use of chapel/garden, white tablecloths, standard crockery, cutlery and the honeymoon suite.
  2. The full menu price is charged for musicians, photographers, disc jockeys etc. Children between the ages of 5 and 12 years shall be catered for at 50% of the menu price.
  3. The guest list, bar and menu requirements are to be finalized at least ten (10) days prior to the function.
  4. A deposit of 70% of the venue fee is payable to secure the date and time of the function.This is non refundable and will be subtracted from total cost.
  5. The total balance should be paid ten (10) days prior to the date of the function.
  6. Uitsig Onthale is fully licensed and all liquor shall be purchased from the bar- wine/champagne will be allowed at R25 per bottle (corkage fee).
  7. Under NO circumstances are outside caterers or cooks permitted on our premises.
  8. Music is monitored and is allowed until 24h00 due to complains from the neighbourhood. (Discuss with Annemarie if you prefer a later party)
  9. Uitsig Onthale accepts no liability or responsibility in the event of interruption of electricity, water or sanitary services due to any cause whatsoever.
  10. Tablecloths shall be protected by placing saucers and/or polystyrene under candles and flower arrangements.
  11. Uitsig Onthale, its employees or any other person employed at any function accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury due to any cause of whatsoever nature, howsoever arising.

The above terms and conditions are fully understood and are hereby unconditionally accepted.
